My Christmas Award

Very Inspiring Blogger Award

Happy Jolly Holidays Everyone!

I have been nominated twice for Very Inspiring Blogger Award this month.  YAAAHOOOO!!!  First by Multifarious Meanderings who writes about the ” odds and sods and bits and bobs” of everyday life in a funny way.   Second by Alexandra, she a primary school teacher, photographer, and a hobby writer who writes about her life journey.   Both of them has also very much inspired me so I recommend that you check them out.  Thanx so much for passing this award to me, it’s one of the things that makes my Christmas all Jolly and Holly!

The rules for accepting the award are as follows;

Display the award logo, link back to the person who nominated you, state 7 things about yourself, nominate 15 other bloggers for this award and link to them.

Gingerman’s house ( 2012 )

So here’s 7 things about me :

1.  I have beginners luck when it comes to baking/ cooking  The first time I made gingerbread cookies, biscotti, and stuffed turkey they were a success.  So I make them every year during November or December, adjusting the ingredients here and there until it’s perfecto!

2.  I have a high pitch voice and have the loudest voice in my family but I’m the quietest.  When I was 9 yrs old, my favorite uncle hosted a voice competition to  all the kids (my cousins and siblings) on new years eve. All of us kids shouted from the top of our lungs to see who’s voice stood out the loudest.  I won! Cash reward!

3.  I have a friend with rich neighbor. Check this out!

4. There were angels at my wedding day.

  1. I am honored you find my posts inspiring! Thank you for your kind words and I hope my posts continue to resonate with you.
I will post my nominations and a proper post of thanks tomorrow Its 23.39 in my part of the world and I have had a very tiring(albeit enjoyable) day.

    Much Love
    Natalie

  2. Wow you are so brilliantly talented and funny! I love your artistic food abilities and the hieroglyphics has me grinning ear to ear! Thanks for a very entertaining post esp. during the holidays. Wishing you & family a joyous new year.

  3. I heard Santa’s expressed interest in that wonderland. You guys could, you know, ‘step in’. If you know what I mean.
And hey, the egg looks adorable! What did you use to mark the face?
… You should give your language a name. That’d be awesome 😀
Have a great year ahead of you, Abigail! Thank you so much for the award; I will definitely respond as soon as I can. 🙂

    • Actually we did went inside that wonderland. The owners are kind enough to let people in for pictures, I’ll post some pictures on my next post. As for the eggs, I just used black colored art paper, the yolk is half cooked so it’s sticky enough without a glue. Thank you for that wonderful comment. Your right I should give my language a name, can’t think of one yet but thanx for the idea Ritika 🙂

  4. Congratulation for your award and thank you for the nomination. I love the angels at your wedding. What a great idea 🙂
